1. What this website provides
This website introduces the CHALK startup and offers static interactive examples for exploration. It does not provide a public account-based tutoring service, paid subscription, or live AI session. The full local prototype and this website are separate experiences.
2. Educational examples
The examples illustrate simplified maths and physics concepts. Assumptions are identified where relevant, such as level ground and no air resistance in the projectile example. They are intended to support exploration and should not be relied on as a substitute for independent checking or instruction.
AI-generated lessons in the separate prototype may contain mistakes. Product descriptions do not promise complete subject coverage, examination outcomes, or a particular learning result.
3. Appropriate use
You may browse the website and explore its examples. Please do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to distribute harmful or unlawful material.
4. Website materials and repository
CHALK branding and website materials are presented to explain CHALK. The linked repository contains its own materials and any applicable notices. A link to a public repository does not by itself grant a license to all of its contents.
Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Describing a technology does not imply endorsement or partnership.
5. Startup status and availability
CHALK is an early-stage startup. Features, examples, and availability may change. Descriptions of future direction are intentions, not commitments to a launch date, investment outcome, or commercial offering.
No purchase or investment transaction can be completed through this website. Any future commercial or investment relationship would require its own discussion and agreements.
6. External services
GitHub, Cloudflare, and your email provider operate under their own terms and policies. CHALK does not control the availability or content of external services.
7. Contact and updates
Questions about these website terms can be sent to shane@ch4lk.tech. I may update this page as the website evolves. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
